• 5 pounds sweet potatoes - boiled, peeled and mashed
• 2 / 3 cup sugar
• 2 / 3 cup butter - melted
• 1 / 3 cup cream
• 1 packet of vanilla sugar
• 1 / 2 teaspoon nutmeg

• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 / 3 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup finely chopped pecans
• 1 / 3 cup butter - cut into
